About the volume converter
Volume conversions are full of traps: the US gallon (3.785 L) differs from the imperial gallon (4.546 L), and US cooking cups, tablespoons, and teaspoons are their own sizes. This converter uses US customary units for the cooking measures and notes the imperial gallon separately.
