By accessing Toolsy at toolsy.website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service

Toolsy provides free online tools for developers, designers, and general users. Features may change without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Toolsy to: process unlawfully obtained data; attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or DDoS the platform; submit malicious payloads; or run automated bots beyond normal usage patterns.

4. Rate Limits

API endpoints are rate-limited to 300 requests per 15 minutes per IP. Heavy operations (RSA key generation, bcrypt) are limited to 30 requests per 15 minutes. Sustained automated usage requires prior agreement.

5. No Warranty

Toolsy is provided "AS IS" without warranty. Cryptographic tools are for testing and education — always validate against authoritative implementations before production use.

6. Liability

Toolsy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the platform.

7. IP

The Toolsy brand, design, and platform code are protected. User-submitted content remains yours. Tool implementations build on open-source libraries.

8. Modifications

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. Significant changes will be communicated where reasonable.

9. Governing Law

Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
